This role at Enphase requires working onsite 3 days a week, with plans to transition back to a full 5 day in office schedule over time.
 
About the role
This role requires end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash process management by creating and managing sales orders in Oracle, driving revenue with the sales team, focusing on order and shipment execution, resolving holds and pricing issues, and ensuring data accuracy across all portals. It involves strong cross‑functional collaboration with EMEA Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Planning teams to enable timely order fulfilment and resolve shipment‑related issues. The role also includes maintaining proper documentation, tracking customer interactions in CRM tools, and working in shifts to support EMEA business requirements.
 
What you will do: 
  • Basic understanding of order to cash processes. Works under lead/manager supervision
  • Should know how to create sales orders, monitors order statuses from arrival through booking and works to eliminate gated orders.
  • Apply and remove holds, resolve pricing issues, split, and combine lines in Oracle.
  • Work closely with Lead/manager to track KPI’s and daily deliverables.
  • Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally with external departments, including Europe Sales, Logistics, Finance, Supply Planning, Pricing, and PLM teams.
  • Adheres to order documentation policies, maintains all required records
  • Tracking customer interactions with customer service tickets (Salesforce, CRM).
  • Work closely with Logistics for shipments, POD, and logistics quality issues – Wrong/missing shipment, transit damage etc
  • Create excel reports for key metrices and share with all concerned stakeholders
 
Who you are and what you bring: 
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree required with knowledge of sales operation and order management
  • 2-6 years of experience managing global customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests at the same time and effectively prioritize tasks to meet company business objectives
  • Organized with strong work ethic, attention to details, and excellent communication skills
  • Adept at balancing intense short-term pressures with overall long-term goals
  • Basic skills with Excel, data management and hands on in Oracle/SAP ERP, CRM
  • Very process oriented and aware with a bias toward accuracy and precision
  • Focused and driven to meet deadlines for regularly scheduled activities
  • Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to requests from internal and external customers.
